Return policy: JKS has a no return, return policy on all forklifts. These forklifts are very heavy and not cheap or easy to ship. When we charge a $500 delivery fee, the delivery is more like 2 to 3 times this amount, but it is just taken out of the lift. Due to that and other things we can't take lifts back and we do not sell used lifts. 

If a customer decides they want to go another route, JKS can help you find a buyer in your location, and they can purchase and pick up from you. We have done this a few times and works well for everyone.
